Mt 21:1-11 I find it interesting that whoever owned the donkey and colt didn't resist, they were of significant value in their livelihood .... "the Lord has need" was that significant to the owner, is that how we are to be? Give that willingly when asked by "the Lord"?
Think about those you would do that for... family, friends.... and what wouldn't you do? Yet where are those lines drawn? Where do we stop? Jesus is seen in all circumstances... the homeless, the less desired... where is the line? There shouldn't be one.... yet, our world drives that. Important to remember and remind ourselves
Maybe it's not a possession the Lord needs of you, maybe it's time or maybe you or maybe a loved ones time or talents ... maybe just your testimony about the Faith He planted in you ...
Monday
Mark 11:15-17
Clearing God's house almost looks like anger but Jesus did not sin. It has always been something I wonder about. It says "He taught them" at same time. Interesting
Tuesday
Mark 11:27-33, Luke 22:3-6-
Mans ways are not Gods ways. I have experienced times in my personal life when I have needed to make a decision on a path to take when I had answer to myself "which way is of God & which way was not" ... I have not always chosen correctly
Satan entered Judas ... his thoughts ... I have had that happen & still do way to often ... Judas consented .... consented to the temptation by taking action .... without Christ I am just like Judas
Thursday:
Mark 14:32-42, John 18:2-12-
Judas was tempted & consented to satan ... Jesus asked for "this cup" to be removed if possible but willingly consented to Gods will not his .... they then met face to face .... good & evil met face to face ... one to redeem us from our own thinking to be "just like God" ... the other to continue the temptation of the original lie.
Friday :
Luke 22:54 & 23:49-56-
Preparation Day .... are you prepared?
