Remains Faithful

Here is a trustworthy saying:
If we died with him,
    we will also live with him;
12 if we endure,
    we will also reign with him.
If we disown him,
    he will also disown us;
13 if we are faithless,
    he remains faithful,
    for he cannot disown himself.
2 Timothy 2: 11-13
4832 Pondering:
God is Faithful to Himself ... in being faithful to Himself He MUST keep His own Promises/Covenants ..... even if we don't.  

I had someone tell me once Trust is broken it can never be restored .... that might be man's thinking/practice ... but God's is based on Himself ... not on our faithfulness.

 If we are not faithful to God's Ways, does He ever become Un-faithful in return?
